Set up Facebook Pixel, Meta domain verification, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics on your OlaClick menu. Step-by-step guide.

 Why set up tracking tools?

Connect your analytics and advertising tools to your OlaClick digital menu to measure conversions, track traffic, and optimize your campaigns.


Where do I find this setting?

In your OlaClick dashboard, go to Marketing → Tracking Tools. There you'll find four available tools: Facebook Pixel, Facebook Domain Verification, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics GA4.

These tools are available on all plans.


Facebook Pixel

The Facebook Pixel is a tracking code that lets you measure conversions and visitor behavior on your digital menu. With it, you can create custom audiences and optimize your Meta ad campaigns.

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Meta Events Manager in your Facebook Business account.
  2. Select or create your Pixel.
  3. Copy the Pixel identifier (ID). It's a long number, for example: 1179156252599904.
  4. In OlaClick, go to Marketing → Tracking Tools.
  5. In the "Facebook Pixel" section, paste the Pixel ID in the designated field.
  6. Click Save.

Once connected, the Pixel will start recording visits to your digital menu. If you want to set up specific conversion events (such as purchases, add to cart, or view content), you can do so directly from Meta Events Manager.


Facebook Domain Verification

Domain verification lets you manage editing permissions for your links and content — both organic and paid — and have full control over your domain ownership in Meta Business Manager.

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Meta Business Manager.
  2. Navigate to Brand Safety.
  3. Locate your OlaClick menu domain.
  4. Select the "Add a meta tag" option.
  5. Copy the meta tag generated by Meta.
  6. In OlaClick, go to Marketing → Tracking Tools.
  7. In the "Facebook Domain Verification" section, paste the meta tag in the designated field.
  8. Click Save.

After saving, Meta will carry out the verification. The process takes 3 to 5 business days.


Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager lets you manage tracking tags to collect audience data and measure your menu's performance with third-party tools like Google Analytics or Google Ads.

How to set it up:

  1. Create an account at Google Tag Manager.
  2. Add your OlaClick menu URL as the website.
  3. Set up the container for Web.
  4. Copy the container ID. It follows the format GTM-XXXXXX.
  5. In OlaClick, go to Marketing → Tracking Tools.
  6. In the "Google Tag Manager" section, paste the container ID in the designated field.
  7. Click Save.

Google Analytics GA4

Google Analytics gives you detailed information about traffic reaching your digital menu: audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions.

How to set it up:

  1. Create an account at Google Analytics.
  2. Create a Google Analytics 4 property.
  3. Copy the measurement ID. It follows the format G-XXXXXXXX.
  4. In OlaClick, go to Marketing → Tracking Tools.
  5. In the "Google Analytics GA4" section, paste the measurement ID in the designated field.
  6. Click Save.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use more than one tool at the same time?
Yes. All four tools work independently. You can set up all of them or only the ones you need.

Do I need technical knowledge to set them up?
No. You just need to copy an identifier or code from the corresponding platform (Meta, Google) and paste it into OlaClick. No coding required.

How long does it take for the Facebook Pixel to start working?
The Pixel starts recording data immediately after you save the ID. You can verify it's working correctly using the Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension.

Can I change a tool's ID after saving?
Yes. Simply replace the current ID with the new one and click Save.
