Contacting OlaClick support and getting the help you need is very simple.
On this same page, at the bottom right corner, click on the chat icon, as shown in the image below:

After clicking the icon, send a “Hi”. You’ll immediately see the following options to speak with one of our teams:
1 - Technical Support – Questions about settings, access, or platform functionality.
2 - Reseller Representative – Commercial or administrative questions about plans, payments, or partnerships.
If you choose option 1, you will be directed to our Online Support team. Our support hours are from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Brasília time).
You will be attended to as soon as an agent is available.
If you choose option 2, you will be redirected to our Sales team. Your conversation will be transferred to the reseller representative, who can assist you with commercial or administrative questions. Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Brasília time).
